Create an account and sign in

Create your account

The game uses an email address and password. You also choose a public username for your office. Your email is for signing in; the username is the name other players see.

1. Choose Create an account on the game sign-in screen.
2. Enter a username with 3–20 characters. Start with a letter and use only letters, numbers, or underscores.
3. Enter your email and a password of at least 10 characters.
4. Select Create account and follow any message shown by the sign-in service.
5. Let the game finish loading your office before you start playing.

Come back to the same room

Use Sign in with the same email and password on your next visit. Older accounts created with a username-only login can continue using that existing username in Email or existing username.

If you also visit the marketplace, sign in with the same account you use for The Corner Office. Creating a second account does not bring your first account's room or collection across.

Your first saved office

A returning account loads its cloud office. If this browser has an older local office and your new account has no cloud office yet, the game may ask whether to use it or start fresh. Read the choices before selecting one.

If loading fails, use Try again. A connection problem should not be treated as a reason to create a replacement account or erase your old room.

Passwords and signing out

Keep your password somewhere you can recover it, such as a password manager. Self-service account recovery is not available in the current game.

Sign out from Account. The game tries to finish pending saves first. If it says saving is not complete, resolve that message before leaving when possible.
