Find deliveries and stored items

Storage is your room inventory, not a place where items disappear.

01

What Storage holds

Storage holds furniture and other placeable items you own but are not using in the room. Store is a move action, not a sale, refund, or deletion.

Open Storage from the game's navigation, the shop/decor entry, or an arrival notification. Search and category controls help you find a specific piece. A quantity tells you how many matching copies are there.

02

Place an item from Storage

  1. Open Storage and find the item.
  2. Check the copy's level when it is upgradeable equipment.
  3. Choose Place, then move its preview onto the floor, a supported surface, or the wall.
  4. Confirm a valid position and leave Edit with Done.
03

Deliveries take time

An ordinary game-shop purchase may need a delivery countdown. A delivery crew member is occupied while that delivery is incoming. When it arrives, the notification leads to Storage.

A verified marketplace purchase has a different flow: its collectible arrives after the test-chain purchase and ownership check complete. Placeable decor goes to Storage; some desks, pets, and accessories are equipped through the in-game Market collection.

04

What happens to objects on a table?

Moving a table carries its supported arrangement. Storing or removing a host preserves the ordinary objects it was supporting rather than deleting them. Look in Storage if you remove a table and cannot see its small props.

If a marketplace host leaves game use or changes owner, its ordinary tabletop props are moved into your Storage. Those props are not sold together merely because they were sitting on it.

05

A stored item may still need placement before upgrading

The Equipment & team page can show stored equipment, but ordinary equipment must be placed in the room before you can start its upgrade. Use Open Storage, place it, then return to the upgrade page.

If there is no valid space, the spare stays in Storage. A full room does not remove ownership.
