Upgrade equipment and grow your career
Use Equipment & team to see what improves next and what it costs.

Two kinds of progress
Your desk level is your career. It unlocks new possibilities for the whole office and currently reaches Desk 20, The Institution.
Equipment has its own levels. Improving a vault, producer, camp, or defense changes that item's stats. Buying a desk skin changes its appearance; it does not purchase a career promotion.
Find an equipment upgrade
- Open the desk shortcut to Equipment & team.
- Choose Ready to see upgrades you can start now, or Core, Defenses, Army, or Stored to browse a type.
- Read the current level, improvement, Cash/Data cost, and build time on the item.
- If it is stored, choose Open Storage and place it first.
- Choose Upgrade to the displayed next level. A builder is occupied until the job completes.
Get your next promotion
Use View promotion to open the career ladder. The next step shows its required XP, resources, time, and unlocks. Ready for level means the requirements are met; it does not mean the promotion has already happened.
Later levels add higher equipment tiers, research, new defenses and troops, and larger floor allowances. Floor lots are still separate purchases. You do not need to relearn the first ten levels when the later tiers open.
Builders and delivery crew
Your office starts with two IT builders and two delivery crew members. A builder handles an active upgrade. A delivery crew member handles an incoming delivery. The available count is the number free right now, not the total you have ever hired.
Equipment & team shows both crews. Hire +1 is a permanent addition when its desk requirement and gem price are met. Each crew has a maximum of five. A busy team is usually a reason to let an existing timer finish, not to buy the item again.
